Blizzard has announced that the second chapter of the World of Warcraft Worldsoul Saga, 'Midnight', is set to launch on March 3rd next year.

In Midnight, players will experience the fate of Azeroth following the events of The War Within. Xal'atath is attempting to invade the heart of Quel'Thalas, the home of the Blood Elves, and players must uncover her schemes and forge new alliances between light and shadow. Along the way, players will level up to 90 and enjoy new regions and various content.

Specifically, players will journey through Eversong Woods, Zul'Aman, Harandhar, and Netherstorm, and a new allied race, the 'Haranir', will be introduced. Additionally, 8 new dungeons, 10 new delves, and 3 raids—Voidspire, Dream Rift, and the Quel'Danas Advance—will be added. A new Demon Hunter specialization, 'Predation', will also be included.

Those who pre-purchase the Midnight expansion can participate in the housing early access, which begins on December 4th alongside The War Within update 11.2.7, 'The Warning'. This allows players to experience housing, one of the key features of Midnight, in advance.

Blizzard is also hosting a cross-title event. Players who complete the World of Warcraft housing introduction questline and earn the 'Welcome Home' achievement can unlock rewards in other Blizzard games.

Rewards include the 'Hearth & Home' card back in Hearthstone, a Xal'atath-themed Symmetra skin, sprays, and name cards in Overwatch 2, a Sin'dorei portal in Diablo Immortal, and Horde or Alliance-themed console skins in StarCraft 2.
