LILITH Games has announced that 'AFK: Journey', serviced by Farlight Games, is kicking off its 'AFK: Journey X Delicious in Dungeon' collaboration on the 28th.

Running from November 28th to December 26th, this month-long event follows the familiar party—Laios, Marcille, Chilchuck, and Senshi—as they attempt to find their way home from the dungeon. Naturally, things go awry when they stumble into a space warped by chaotic monsters, landing them smack in the middle of the continent of Esperia. There, they join forces with Merlin to explore the magical lands.

The collaboration brings a dungeon that mimics the labyrinthine architecture from the original series. You’ll be rewarded based on the monsters you face on each floor. Most importantly, they’ve implemented the show's iconic 'monster cooking' concept. You can collect ingredients during battle and whip up meals to gain various buffs—a new cooking system for players to enjoy.

The update introduces Laios and the elven mage Marcille as limited-time heroes. Laios, an SR rank hero of the Dimensional faction, gathers monster ingredients to cook up buffs for his allies. His ultimate involves summoning his suit of armour, 'Living Armor', to fight alongside him while he heals himself.

Marcille joins as an SSR rank Dimensional mage, wielding her staff, Ambrosia. Her ultimate, 'Silver Wings of Flight', is a persistent casting ability that permanently increases her haste and energy regeneration. She also summons Sky Fish to attack monsters.
