SOOP took the stage at the '2025 Streamer Awards' held at the SOOP Colosseum in Sangam, Seoul, on the 27th, to lay out their roadmap and strategic vision for 2026.

CEO Choi Young-woo took the floor, pinning the company’s future on three key pillars: ▲Synergy through platform integration, ▲Advanced AI services, and ▲Strengthened content partnerships and support.

First on the agenda is 'platform integration.' CEO Choi noted, "We’ve seen significant engagement from global users and streamers via SOOP Global this year, and from January, we’ll be merging into a single, unified platform to really drive synergy." This consolidated SOOP experience will feature automated AI subtitle translation to keep things smooth for everyone.

The integration is particularly aimed at boosting international esports coverage. "Beyond our LCK broadcasts, we’re looking to provide multilingual support for leagues like the League of Legends Championship Pacific (LCP) and the EMEA Championship (LEC) to attract a wider foreign audience," Choi explained. "It’s not just about the broadcasts; we’re keen to support joint content between domestic and international streamers, so we encourage everyone to get involved."

As for 'AI advancement,' the focus is on a suite of user-centric upgrades. The generative AI video tool 'SAVYG' is getting a boost in production quality, while the AI assistant 'SOOPi' will see improved conversational capabilities to better act as a personal aide. Furthermore, the AI manager 'SARSA' is moving to version 2.0, introducing more autonomous management features.

On the topic of 'strengthened content partnerships,' the company plans to broaden its horizons through deeper industry ties. SOOP is teaming up with major publishers like Nexon and Riot Games to offer account-linked services, which will debut alongside the start of the LCK and the 'FC Online Super Champions League.'

CEO Choi added, "Starting in January, we’ll see seven major domestic pro gaming teams actively integrated into the SOOP ecosystem. We’re doubling down on technical and content support, continuing our collaborations with MCNs and various developers, and expanding our partnerships with local governments."
