BPMG, a blockchain and AI company, has signed a three-way business agreement with internet-only bank K-Bank and the Asian digital asset group HashKey Group to collaborate on stablecoin-based services, technology, and business models. The agreement aims to jointly review technologies related to stablecoin-based remittances and payments and to build a real-world model for cross-border transfers between South Korea and Hong Kong.

Under this agreement, K-Bank will assess the feasibility of the service within the domestic financial landscape. It will also conduct a comprehensive review of customer convenience, cash flow, risk management, security, and compliance frameworks. Hong Kong-based HashKey Group will leverage its global capabilities in regulated digital asset trading, custody, and asset management to flesh out a cross-border digital asset cooperation framework and support connections with overseas financial institutions.

BPMG, centered on its US subsidiary ARACORE, will lead the construction of infrastructure for stablecoin-based remittances, payments, and settlements for financial institutions and fintech firms. The company will spearhead the execution of the project by conducting Proof of Concept (PoC) trials with domestic and international partners and designing service integration structures. The three parties plan to proceed with the joint project in stages, while strictly adhering to the financial regulations and security standards of each country.
