Having demonstrated immense potential in cultivating AI talent—evidenced by the six papers published across ICML and ICLR—KRAFTON is now recruiting for its AI Fellowship.

On the 5th, KRAFTON announced the recruitment for the 4th 'KRAFTON AI Fellowship Program.' The program is open to undergraduate students both domestically and internationally. The selection process consists of three stages: document screening, an online examination, and a final stage involving an offline test, an information session, and an oral interview. Applications are open until the 22nd, and the assessment will cover high-level problems including AI theory and applied technologies. The company plans to select approximately 5 fellows.

Successful candidates will participate in the 'KRAFTON AI Research Internship' from June to August 2026. During the internship, they will conduct research and write papers under the guidance of domestic and international professors and KRAFTON's AI research team. If their research is accepted at major machine learning conferences as a lead or co-lead author, they will receive support for conference participation fees. All fellows will receive a research grant of 10 million KRW, along with a salary equivalent to that of a full-time employee during the internship period.

Since its establishment in 2022, KRAFTON AI has focused its research on five core areas: language models, multimodal systems, reinforcement learning, generative AI, and data-driven AI. This year, the team has had 15 papers accepted into prestigious international AI conferences, including NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR.
