NEXON Games announced on the 2nd that it has been selected as a 'Family-Friendly Certified Company' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family.

The Family-Friendly Certification is a system that recognizes companies that exemplarily operate family-friendly policies, such as childbirth, child-rearing support, and flexible working systems. The certification remains valid for three years.

NEXON Games explained that it received high marks for its family-friendly management, including employee satisfaction, family care leave, flexible working systems, and support for family recreational facilities and expenses.

Currently, NEXON Games operates family-friendly policies that exceed legal requirements. Employees can take up to two years of parental leave, and the company also supports leave for fertility treatment. Additionally, it provides 100% of the salary during the 90-day maternity leave period.

Furthermore, the company provides childbirth grants, an on-site daycare center, gifts for children entering elementary school, reduced working hours during the child-rearing period, and family care leave. To support work-life balance, it also operates a selective working hour system, leisure support programs, and provides refresh leave along with vacation stipends.
