Com2uS announced on the 26th that it held a donation ceremony for the 'Green Return Project' alongside the Korea Environment Corporation's Capital Region West Environmental Headquarters. The initiative aims to share the fruits of resource circulation activities, directly participated in by Com2uS staff, with the local community.

The ceremony, held on the 24th, saw Com2uS Division Head Kim Jin-woo and Yoon Wan-woo, head of the Capital Region West Environmental Headquarters, in attendance. Both parties reflected on the importance of this public-private partnership, which translates environmental stewardship into tangible social value, and pledged to continue their collaborative efforts toward sustainability and mutual growth.

The donation was jointly funded by the recovery incentive points accumulated through the 'Green Return Project' and additional operational funds from the Korea Environment Corporation's social volunteer group. The proceeds have been gifted to the Association for Supporting Young Adults Preparing for Independence, where they will be put to good use for housing stability and vocational training for those transitioning out of care facilities.

For those unfamiliar, the 'Green Return Project' is a scheme that rewards the collection of high-quality, properly cleaned recyclables. Com2uS has been a consistent participant since signing an MOU with the Korea Environment Corporation and local recycling firms back in August, playing its part in boosting resource circulation and fostering a more eco-conscious culture.
