Naturally, blabla and the rest of the Goddess of Victory: NIKKE user community wasted no time diving into a proper performance analysis. A day after release, the general consensus among commanders is a rather underwhelming 'you can safely skip this one for now'.

While the character certainly supports damage-over-time Nikkes, the key DoT dealers Brady and Mihara: Bonding Chain are Water and Fire codes respectively—neither of which matches the Electric code weakness for the October Solo Raid. So, pulling Halloween Belorta right now does not offer much immediate utility. Plus, with the 4th anniversary just around the corner, hoarding every last resource is pretty much mandatory. Since Halloween Belorta is not a limited character and will eventually join the ordinary recruitment pool and molds, keep that in mind before throwing your resources at the banner.

They recommended a minimum combat power of 31,000 and a suggested power of 32,000, utilizing a squad of Liter, Crown, Ein, Favorite Item Helm, and Arc Ranger Black. Because the buff targets only one comrade, her overall squad utility is a bit limited. Her Skill 2, 'Trick or Treat!', inflicts a 'damage taken' debuff on enemies struck by fully charged attacks. Given that she arrives right before the 4th anniversary and carries a 40-second burst cooldown, most commanders are advising everyone to skip her banner and just pick her up later via ordinary recruitment or molds.
