Simulacrum now costs 20 Runic Power and has a 1 min cooldown. (Old
- No cost, 2 min cooldown)
Icy
Touch no longer generates very high threat when in Frost Presence.
Anti-Magic
Shell - Damage absorbed no longer energizes the DK with additional
runic power. Ebon
Plaguebringer now also affects Chains of Ice Ghoul
Frenzy now grants your pet 50% haste. (Up from 25%) Unholy
Frenzy now increases melee and ranged haste by 20%. (Up from 10%)
Sleep
(Tier 6) - Puts nearby enemies to sleep for up to 6 sec. Any damage
caused will awaken them. / 80 Mana, 30 yd range, 1.5 sec cast
Feral
Swiftness is now a Tier 1 Talent. Down from Tier 2.
